Baileys Blind Repair

Could not give them 0 stars and still leave a review. Called to have them look at replacing header for window blinds. The service person told me they would get back to me on when the could come out to measure waited two days with no call. Called back in and the man answered the phone told me he would have service person call I nicely told him I had been waiting on this call for two days. With that man on the phone went nuts telling me he didn’t need me telling him that swearing at me and telling me they did not need my business. Then after yelling at me for several minutes said let me here you say that I understood they did not need my business. 10 minutes later the service man calls. I told them I was not interested in doing business with anyone of that would talk to me like that. Would recommend not calling or doing business with this company.

Awesome business. Took my phone call before business hours and with 30 minutes I was on my way. Fast, Curtious. I will definitely use and recommend

do not use this company! they repaired my blinds with used parts which broke less than month later. I was charged for new parts got used. Can not trust this company.

This was the worst experience possible. In repairing my blind they put a hole in it. I asked for a refund, which I was told I would get after bringing the blind in for him to see. He has my blind....he denied telling me I could have a refund. After several very unpleasant conversations, he said he would refund half of my payment. Several months later I called to say I still had not received the credit and he said he decided not go give me a credit. He has yelled at me, used abusive language and hung up on me. I cannot imagine someone like this owing and operating a business. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. NO STARS......NONE!!!!
