I am very happy with my Maid Service, I love the Green Products, I love the Customer Service, I love how I can always count on the same crews to show up and "Beautify" my home.

Highly suspicious . . . after I paid them cash, I left my wallet in the kitchen where they were finsihing up. Next time I went to use my cash which was significant , the large $!00 bills were gone..

So I usually don't post about these things but I truly feel like I want to share my experience. I purchased a Living Social voucher for a cleaning on my home. I have not ever done this before, I always have cleaned my own home. I did it, I spent $65 on a Housecleaning by AZ Maid Beautiful, when I called to schedule my appointment the gal on the phone was so helpful & informative. The Maids showed up to clean my home two days later and did a fabulous job.

I even took advantage of the special offer for going with ongoing service, it was even less than the original price I paid for the Living Social.

Thank you Maids, you are making my life easier...I love coming home to my beautified home!!!

These Gals are FANTASTIC!! They were so helpful in putting together the right package for me, I just had my 3rd cleaning from them and I cannot explain how much help they have been. I totally recommend these gals to anyone looking for a Sparkling Houseclean...Keep up the great work AZMAIDBEAUTIFUL!!!

They did not clean well at all. They did not clean what I had asked them to clean. They stayed at my house for 90 minutes which was not long enough considering how much they were paid. Certainly a business would want you to be satisfied so you would use them again. When I called to complain I asked to speak with the owner. Instead the manager Jennifer said that she could help me. She did not help at all. She was rude and complacent. Choose a different house cleaning company. Az maid beautiful does not care about your house being clean or you being satisfied. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

I never even had a chance to use the service. This was because I was asked to reschedule three times and the fourth time I was called to be advised there was car trouble and the crew would be late. At that point, I called the main number, was greeted by an unprofessional, "hello?!", and had to ask if I actually reached AZ Maid Beautiful, and made the decision at that moment to cancel their services altogether. I had even prepaid! I already lost two weekday mornings and a weekend morning waiting for a crew that would not show up. Regardless of how good their cleaning service may be, the unreliability is completely unacceptable to me. I was very much looking forward to using a service on a regular basis, but will now have to look elsewhere.

I love these guys. They come and clean my house once a week. It did take sometime for them to get use to my house and my needs but after about 4 cleanings they knew what to do and how I like certain things. I seriously love them I would give up cable so I could have them if it came down to it. They are so friendly and willing. If there is a mistake of problem I just call the office and they make arrangements to have it fixed or they get it the next time. No one is perfect but they know how to take care of their customers.

I regret that you had a horrible experience with us but at the bottom of our work orders it states" *Before signing please walk through the house with AZ Maid Beautiful Maids to confirm the job is complete and satisfactory. Once signed customer and employee state that services done by AZ Maid Beautiful were finished and complete to customers satisfaction."

The work order was signed stating you were happy. We always ask our customers to walk through the house to make sure everything was complete. My girls never have any problem redoing anything that needs to be fix. I am sorry you had a horrible experience with us and send my apologies. If I would have known that day or the next we could have come and correct the issue.

JUST PLAIN TERRIBLE SERVICE. DID NOT DO HALF OF WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DONE. WHAT THEY DID DO WAS DONE VERY POORLY.; IF YOU NEED YOUR HOME CLEANED, YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF HIRING SOME NEIGHBORHOOD TEENS. I KNOW THEY WOULD DO A MUCH BETTER JOB.

We regret that you had a horrible experience with us. We can never apologizes enough. We have learned in this industry that there is human error in everyone. That is why we specifcally state at the bottom of our work orders.... " Before signing please walk through the house with AZ Maid Beautiful Maids to confirm the job is complete and satisfactory. Once signed cusomer and employee state that services done by AZ Maid Beautiful were finished and complete to customers satisfaction" We also state on work orders that if there are any issues to contact us within 24 hours to make arrangements to correct the issue. The work order was signed and we did not recieve a call back for at least a week letting us know there were issue. Two girls cleaned the first time and we sent three girls the next time. We spent at good 8-10 hours in total on the house. Once again we apologies that you were unhappy we never like hearing people are disappointed with our service but we are human.

Not having experience with cleaning companies I had no idea who to hire. AZ maid beautiful sounded good from their website so I picked them. Big mistake. I made it clear that we were moving into a home (3100 sq feet) that needed a very good scrubbing. They sent two maids who stayed for about two and a half hours. I would describe their service as being a light wipe down. If I had already been living here that might have been fine but for a move in that was not OK and not what I had asked for and been promised. They did not even have to vacuum or dust furniture so I don't know what they were doing the whole time. I told them not to wipe the walls down because we were painting but they did not wipe down the doors or baseboards and some of the floors looked like they had not even been mopped. Also, they do not use cleaner when they mop. Not okay with a move in. I wanted to feel like I could move into this house and feel somewhat clean. There was still dog hair everywhere after they left and my socks were black from walking on the tile. In talking to many other people they have said that they only pay their maid $120, she stays for 6 or 8 hours and the place is sparkling clean when she leaves.

Lesson learned - only hire a maid that someone you know has used.

When I called to complain they sent one of the same maids (with someone new) out again. She basically did the same thing she did the first time. And I never received a follow up call.
