        One side layered one side NOT

        I went in to get a trim. I have straight hair. Marci Dugan cut my hair. The staff was really nice, but when I got home I noticed that only one side of my hair was layered and the other was not. It was too close to closing time and I had to work the next day so I just cried and did the best I could to trim the other side to even it out...not an easy task to do yourself. I will never go back again. I was afraid to go back and have them fix it for fear of them making it worse. Maybe Marci was distracted or forgot??? I should have paid better attention instead of reading the magazines there.
