Brevard Family Walk In Clinic

I have been going to the Clinic for years now, have always received exceptional care and consideration for very affordable cost when compared to what I would have to pay at a hospital or one of their branches,

I’ve gone here myself, and I’ve taken my friend here for a laceration of her hand, and I’ve taken my son for a complete physical. The staff has always been kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I can only say good things about Brevard Family Walk in Clinic in Rockledge. I’m grateful for this place so close to my home, but also because they are an asset to Rockledge.

Do not come here!
Jackie Xavier PA saw my daughter age 12 last week for a UTI. I was not happy with her bedside manner. She was not friendly and was short with me when I asked questions. A few days later I called because my daughter was not tolerating the Augmentin that she prescribed. The right thing to do would have been to prescribe an alternative medication but I was told I had to bring my daughter in to be seen again! The urine culture results were available. Why not just call in a replacement antibiotic. My daughter was suffering and it was not her fault she could not tolerate the Augmentin and now I have to bring her back in for another $100 to see a PA who clearly needs a new profession. Your walk in clinic is only out to make money and not help patients. I will be posting my experience all over the internet.

A long time customer, I was shocked to be turned away at MI during a walk in visit when I was in pain. They made an appointment at the Rockledge office for four hours later. Still in pain, I missed the appointment. Imagine my shock at receiving a $50 charge in the mail a month later for a "no show." Even after explaining the situation, they showed NO compassion or understanding and upheld their charge. Needless to say, there are many choices in medical services these days. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go to BFWI clinic again.
