i leased a toyota 2011 corolla from this place, on a 3 year contract. Starting late last year I was given advertisements and calls regarding a buy back option on my lease if I was to purchase or lease another vehicle.

Great! I said so I decided to go used, and the only car in my price range was a 2007 chevy impala which I purchased from a sales rep they took my corolla, all was done smooth right?

I'm glad I had purchased the silver plan on warantee otherwise I would be screwed. I was too trusting with the rep who sold the car... who noted "all new tires" road safe/ready. Upon test driving the car all seemed well after a brief negotiation they offered to take the corolla off my hands and I walked out with the impala.

This month in early January 2014 (I purchased this in December the month prior), I noticed severe oil leakage, well the gasket blew and the tires were not brand new as I just changed them 2 days ago. The muffler had a patch, which wore in the snow, on it as the latest TOYOTA tech told me he could stick his hand threw. Anyways oil leak fixed under warantee, Toyota ended up giving me a rental from enterprise since the lady who helped me forgot to reserve a loaner for me.

Muffler and tires were on me abd the deductible for the gasket replacement was 100 bucks... I can live with that.

The primary reason why I have dropped my review to one star is because the sales manager called and wondered why "my corolla was still there" he told me 2 days ago HE COULD NOT terminate my corolla lease contract... so I'm stuck with 2 cars?
