My windows are in, but only after being misled by their sales person time and time again. Initially he only presented their series 2 window and when we received the contract it did not include any of the qualities of the series 2 window he presented to us. (And believe me, if he had ever mentioned they offer another window and it would have been less expensive without all the bells and whistles, we would have gone with it to save money) Never any mention of the deals in their ad that brought us to them to begin with (House full of windows for under $2,000, free garden window with purchase of so many windows, etc.) Everything he claimed set them apart from the next guy (transferable 50 year guaruntee, 40% guarunteed difference on your utitlity bills) basically a sham. You receive a pretty generic paper for their 50 year guaruntee, nothing even noting that it could be transferrable to another home buyer. When I called about this, they stated there was no way they could guaruntee your utility bills would be lower and and you could leave your name and phone number of the account with a new owner. It did not concern them that their sales representative is out making false promises to prospective buyers. I was also disturbed that the foreman had me sign a form before he left stating they had taken you on a final walk through to see all their work and be sure you were satisfied when there was no walk through or offer of one. Is it really that difficult to be honest, customer friendly, or dependable? Oh, and where's that follow up call from the salesperson who claimed they'd make sure we were satisfied with everything in the end? They called for the credit card number to take the final payment, we were never asked how everything went or if we were happy with the product or work.
