Dr. Min has taken care of my family for the last 14 years. He has grown his practice into a very modernized facility. He has gone way out of his way to assure he has a top shelf staff and provided every comfort for those that are waiting patients. His mannerism makes you feel like your being treated by a friend over a cold doctor to patient relationship.I would recommend Dr. Mike Min to anyone in need of a dentist. Dr. Min and his staffers are a great team and look to meeting your highest level of satisfaction.

I have been going to Dr. Min's office for about 4 years and for the most part I have never had any issues. However, in 2012 things started to change. Sometimes when trying to call to make appointments or change appointments I would leave voicemails and not get a return call. This only happened a few times and was not the worst case. The worst case came when my husband was recommended by Dr. Min's for a dental procedure and before making the appt my husband asked that the front desk staff call the insurance to see what would be covered so we knew what our out-of-pocket costs would be. They reported back to us that the services would be covered and we would only owe our minimal regular visit payment. My husband then completed part 1 and 2 of the procedure. Months later we receive a bill from Dr. Min's for more than $600 and are told they are just waiting on the insurance to still pay on a few items. 2 months after that we never heard anything back so we called again to Dr. Min's and were told that the insurance did not cover the service until 2 months after the procedure was done because of his waiting period. The insurance provider stated that they never received a call from Dr. Min's asking about when eligibility began but that if they gave misinformation they would certainly take care of the bill. After many calls to the insurance provider and the dentist, and after having the call played back...which was only a 30 second call.. that was made from Dr. Min's to the insurance, it turns out Dr. Min's office never asked about eligible coverage for the procedure and any waiting periods, they only asked if the insurance works in combination with our primary insurance coverage. In the end, the staff at Dr. Min's told me "they didn't know what to tell me" and they did not feel that they were at fault because even though they may not have asked the direct question about when coverage started, they felt it should have been told to them. I asked if they could talk to the Dr. about getting this resolved because we were certainly not at fault and were told by Dr. Min's office that we were covered and could proceed. They told me they would talk to him and call me back within the week. Three weeks later and they still never called me back... I think Dr. Min is a great dentist and the hygienists are great too...but the front desk staff has put us in a horrible position. And they are essentially the "face" of the office and are the ones whom we communicate with so unfortunately they can make or break the overall experience someone has there.

Dr Min and his staff are very nice, professional and thorough! I was extremely happy with the way he interacted with my 4 yr old son! I am going to switch to him from a dentist that I have seen for 20 years! I think that should say a lot!!

LaShawn is an excellent dental hygienist. Dr, Min is a good Dentist and a nice man. He has a beautiful family.He'll shake your hand.

I have been without a dentist for many years and was recommended to Dr. Min. He and the staff performed excellent services and were very friendly. If you are looking for a dentist, I'd highly recommend Dr. Min and his staff. Can't think of one negative thing to say.

Dr Min is the best dentist I have used in NWI. Has a comfy office and the workers are all so nice. My son has Autism it is very hard taking him to any Doctors. This office made him feel comfortable and they understood his behaviors. We did not get the looks or the attitude from any of them. The staff I think was great.

Great Dentist and Hygienists but poor secretary service. They are always rude and away from there desk. I was there once when Dr Minn pulled her aside to tell her to stay at your desk and keep working and that there is always something to do. Like I said, other then that its great! So hi-tech and advanced in there. I love when he used the mini camera to show me my cavity on the flat panel tv on every chair. Dr Minn is gentle with his work and makes you feel real comfortable.

The dentist is great, gentle, and very friendly. He never just rushes off when he is talking to you. The staff is good, but needs some work with being friendly. They messed up my appointment then tried to cover it up. I got my orginal apppointment back, but I just wanted them to be honest with me. All in All it is a great place and I will stay a regualar patient.
