Nicely Nails & Spa

The first time I went to this salon I went to get acrylics taken off of my nails. I asked for them to be soaked off the lady got impatient and started grinding them off. My nails hurt for weeks. I decided to give the salon another try first off this lady used tools that had clearly been used on somebody else already. She didn’t use proper nail clipping tools she’s used scissors. She also pushed my hand away and handed me her file “I’m Done.” She said. This one refused to give me a full refund which I paid $30.

The staff is always nice and make you feel welcome. The pedi's are always great and in the two years I've been going there, they have never rushed me just to work on another customer. Thank you to the great staff for your top notch service at Nicely Nails!

I love going to Nicely nails and would NEVER go anyplace else. I am always treated with respect and feel that they go above and beyond to make me feel special. I am always so relaxed when I leave there and my toes always look great with cute little designs on them. Thanks Kim and Dan for having a great place to come to. I appreciate all that you do.

The manager Kim was extremely rude, inaccurate on pricing. Yelled at me for no reason when i was trying to explain what i wanted. I even showed her pictures. A very simple gel tip with glitter. Said i was stupid and needed to spend even more to have glitter tips. I only wanted a simple beach look The tech Chris was wonderful. He did an amazing job and was very apologetic for his managers behavior. I spent $70.00 today. Not including well deserved tip. I will not be going back. Businesses need to remember that if it was not for customers, they would not be in business. Thank you Chris for your great but no thanks to rude managers. save your hard earned money and go to a reputable salon.
