Meridian Pediatrics

I used to see Dr. Kissam for my two girls, she is very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the receptionist ("Angie") at her office mistreat and disrespect us (my kid and I) today. We had an appointment that we had been waiting for 2 months, when we got there she ("Angie") said that they had given my appointment to somebody else, that she called my phone number and sent me letters to let me know about it and never got a response from us. She acted rude and not looking at me on the eye..."take it or leave it" actitude. The thing is that I went to their office 2 months ago and I went again last month and BOTH times I gave them the change of address and phone number; I know that she is lying ... my phone never rang (I have caller ID...just in case anybody wants to prove different) and I never received letters. Their slogan is "Competence, caring, compassion" and I saw none of it today. I will be transferring my kids to another office where we can be treated with courtesy and respect.

I'm a pediatrician myself and I bring my two kids to this practice. They are great and my kids love them. From a professonal standpoint, they are smart, effective and a pleasure to work with. Really the best of the best!
