PRO Mercer Nails

I visited this business today to get a color change and cut down. I had tried several other shops on Mercer Island before going here...but the other places were busy and had a wait. When I got to Pro Mercer Nails, there was only 1 customer in there and they could get me in right away. The lady (owner) who provided my service did a horrible job. She didn't take all of my previous color off before doing a french manicure...so the pink I had on before showed though. I asked her to redo my color change and she said okay, no problem. So her husband comes out from the back and starts asking what color I want. Then the lady (owner) blurts out in front of the other customer that I need to pay again, because the pink that was showing is the "blood under my nail" and not the job she did. I told her that I wasn't paying her anymore money. She walked over to me and yanks my hand and arm away from her husband. I told her if she grabs me like that one more time I was calling the police because that is assault. She started yelling at me, saying if I wasn't satisfied with her work I should have said something sooner. Her husband was telling her to shut up and saying that he was not going to charge me. She began talking to the other customer and saying I was rude, among other things. Her husband was apologizing left and right to me. Is this what you call customer service? Now I see why the other salons had plenty of business, but Pro Nails did not. It's the worst salon I have ever been too. Plus the shop is very small and run down. I would never reccommend this salon to anyone...nor will I ever be returning for service.
