        My tenant informed me Saturday Morning that her furnace had not been working consistency----
        I called Bergmann Heating and Colin returned my call
        promptly. informed me he could be at my home in 45 min. he was delayed a bit but had the courtesy to call me and tell me he was on his way.
        Found the cause of the problem immediately and repaired the furnace quickly.( Easing my mind, as the furnace is 20 yrs old , and didn't need replacement)
        While here he also checked all the flues, and made sure everything was opened properly, also found a problem in the furnace that has been there for quite some time, if not always, dealing with temperature control. Very pleased with the professional and caring attitude Colin showed us, and have already recommened their company to another friend.
