Takes advantage of older people with alzheimers selling them $1800 vacuums they can't afford and then won't take them back when a concern is raised! Bad business.

John has been keeping my 25 year old Kirby Heritage 2 in business about 15 years now. The turn around time is excellent, he usually has it done the same day. His service charges are very reasonable and even though new parts are no longer available, for my model, he usually manages to find a part that works and charges a very nominal amount. Yesterday, I took my vacuum in, thinking it had finally bit the dust, as the motor didn't engage. First off, as I was unloading the machine from my car, he saw me, and rushed out to the parking lot to carry it in to the shop for me. He was able to get the motor working again, in the amount of time it took me to do a few errands, for a very reasonable cost. He found me a part in his stash, that I had been missing for the shampoo attachment for the past several months ( I was able to shampoo my rugs today!) And, he carried the vacuum back out to the car for me. I was ecstatic, about the whole experience, especially since I thought I was going to have to buy a new vacuum. Thanks John!
