Tim Grommersch - State Farm Insurance Agent

Tim is is the best. He helped me with my auto insurance. My insurance got complicated when I took a 2.5 month sabbatical to ride a bicycle across the USA for people with disabilities. Tim's staff was excellent, walking me through the process. He also helped me with my business insurance and renters insurance years ago.

condescending, rude. State Farm prides themselves on customer service, but obviously they don't monitor the agents like they should. The office's communication skills are lacking, to say the least. I would take my money to an agent who appreciates your business, this agent does not.
