This is the worst place to do business and one star is too good for them!!!
My family ordered and paid $425 in August 2018 to rent a 10 X 20 tent for tailgating to be delivered on Friday morning, September 7, 2018. However, when we got to our spot on Friday evening no tent had been delivered. After several calls to the office and getting the run around, we were told that they were very busy and that our tent would be delivered. Besides that, while waiting on our tent to be delivered a rain storm occurred and all of our stuff that we could not fit under our purchased 10 x 10 tent got soaked. At approximately 6 p.m. we received a call from the office stating that there were no more tents available and if we would be willing to accept (2) 10 X 10 tents instead. Needless to say, we had no other choice but to accept it since the call was made after they had already closed the office. Otherwise, we could have cancelled the order and purchased decent tents from the store. When the tents were finally delivered, they were filthy, broken and had holes in them with no stakes to hold them down. We were promised that the stakes would be delivered Saturday morning, but we never received them. Although disgruntled, devastated and humiliated, we made the best of the situation but then it rained again on Saturday evening. The tents leaked and filled up with water pockets and we had to sit under the tents with umbrellas We called the office on Monday morning to complain and was told that we would be refunded. However, the only thing they refunded was the tent rental, but still charged us for delivery, set and permit fees. First of all, my family help to set up the tents and we had to place masking tape on the broken brackets at the top to prevent injury to us and masking tape was placed to hold the two tents together since they were not staked. Secondly, why would you charge us to deliver some garbage? Third, why would we need to pay them a permit fee? WE WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, POINT BLANK PERIOD. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING YOUR OWN TENTS AND SETTING THEM UP! AT LEAST REAL BUSINESSES WILL ALLOW YOU TO RETURN THEM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM UNLIKE PARTY CONCEPTS!!!!!

This place needs to get it together when I went to pick up my item I had to wait for it to be cleaned. And when I got home it was still filthy, nasty , and disgusting.... i could of made everyone at my event sick from the mold in the margaritas machine...and then when I returned this machine the unloaded ripped my set trying to get it out by himself. If it takes 2,people to load it why would one little man try to unload a 300 lb machine. Although I didn't notice the rip in my seat till the next day and the owner won't pay I would not recommend or use this place ever again.....
