This institution has been one of my favorite places for over 50 years. No one makes cheese and onion enchiladas like Panchos. Their mini taco salads and rice and beans got me through many long work days. Can’t believe they are closing to do dips. Sure hope they expand to enchiladas and such

This is my very favorite place to eat in Memphis! Panchos is totally delicious, and the atmosphere is great.
