        These guys are the best in the business. If you like straight forwardness, fast work, and no bull then they are the one. From this day forward they are my service people. I knew exactly what was wrong with my unit but said nothing. They were the only company out of three that told me the truth.         I have had 3 different heating and AC companies come to my home and they all tried to sell me a new system. Some saying that I had no choice, and even being rude. When I was recommended to Osborne and Osborne, what a find. They got me running FAST and were reasonable. I asked them about a new system, they gave me some info on a new energy efficient one. When I could budget a new one it was a no-brainer who I was going to call. They promptly returned my call, gave me all of my options and promptly installed my great new system.There has been excellent follow-up after installation. Finding a company that is very committed to maintaining its reputation for excellence is a refreshing discovery. I have been very impressed by the fact that your office has initiated several calls to me to determine whether the system is meeting my expectations. It certainly has and I expect that it will continue to do so.Thank you for your commitment to quality!

        These guys are great!

        I have a combination unit botth heat/AC and have had problems for 3 years. I have had six different reputable companies come to my home, and I always got the same result. they all told me that my system needed to be replace and the patch or fix that they each did was just temporary. My utility bills have been very high and I can could never be sure whether or not my system would even turn on when I went to the thermostat.



        Then a friend recommended Osborne and Osborne, and it was a completely different experience. They were here for only 30 minutes before they informed me that there was damaged wires inside my unit, and that these wires had obviously been bad for some time. They replaced the wiring, my system fired right up and has been working PERFECTLY ever since. The man from Osborne was very professional, pleasant and he fixed my problem for less than half of the cost of what the other people had ever charged me for their "patches". The Osborne man never tried to sell me a new system, but when I asked him, he did tell me that I when I decided to upgrade my system that I would be able to realize some significant savings with a newer unit. He have me his card and told me that he would be pleased to come back and give me a free estimate whenever I decided to upgrade.



        the bottom line is, these guys were honest, efficient, affordable and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone, anytime!
