Incorporated in 1986, Open Arms Care Corporation is a nonprofit organization that provides Intermediate Care Facility Services for adults and children with mental and developmental disabilities. The organization offers a safe home that promotes individual growth and development, as well as a day program that includes work and volunteer opportunities in a learning and therapeutic environment. Its also provides medical services and physical, occupational and speech therapy programs. In addition, Open Arms Care Corporation offers community involvement and life skills development and several retirement programs. It also organizes various vocational training and job coaching classes. Open Arms Care Corporation maintains one of its locations in Memphis, Tenn.
