BBB rating "F". GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We filed taxes at a branch in a different state. Our preparation fee more than doubled after we sign for them to allow them to filed. We were told the government would be giving us our money via direct deposit. And that the "government" was charging a $10 direct deposit fee. We were never told about the "third party bank". Now their is several "bank fees" they are taking from our refund that we were NEVER told about on top of that $10. Paying over $350 for what is suppose to be a simple federal return, no itemization, or state taxes to file. VERY simple tax return. Company never printed out our return for us to see, never show us number, or schedule of fees when we first filed. Never gave us copies of anything. Lied to us about how much our refund was. Our refund was several hundred dollars more than they original told us about. Wasn't until we finally got a copy of our return (after they filed) that we saw the actually amount. They had skimmed our refund with fees, reducing our refund amount, so they could make more money. we had no choice or option in how we filed. The IRS gave our refund to their bank so they could take their fees, and now we are still waiting more then a week later for our money, which they will not release. Company also screwed up our tax returns by filing us as resident in that state, which we're not because we are military (recently arrived there, at that). Now we owe the state we are not residents of, state taxes. They don't know what the hell their doing. Now we have to pay someone else, over $100 to amend and fix our return. Company is nasty to deal with and absolutely no help. Now the bank screwed up and did not directly deposit our into our bank. Now we are forced to wait for a check, which they will not release. We were suppose to have our money over a week ago, and still have to wait several more days, after being promised over and over again we would have our money several days ago. Bank is sitting on our money collecting interest, and not giving us what is ours after being conned into this nasty situation! When calling MONEYCO USA's headquarters, to report this branch of it's wrong doing, them seem polite at first, but she gave me a number of the "bank" to find out were our money is, she gave me the 800 number and the extension number...never told the name of where I was calling, and quickly hung up on me... She gave the number to the IRS. You can imagine how long I was on hold. But I didn't find out the company has had my money for over a week!

Not only do they get very rude with their customers, but, they also efiled duplicate copies of 60 plus peoples texes making it to where now everyone has to wait alot longer then we were all told. Suppose to receive refund on jan 28th now it wont be till feb 9th or longer

When MoneyCo USA was Mo' Money Taxes, I was afraid to use them thanks to those ridiculous commercials and "interesting" staffing choices. However, since they have become MoneyCo USA, I called a Memphis location and spoke with a nice lady, who gave me great service. I am VERY excited about their change and just know that the change is for the better and that great service in the new standard!
