DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR CARE! My truck was burglarized while left in their care overnight. This is on Tuesday. I file a police report and allow them to fix the truck since it was already in their care. After not hearing from them all weekend, I call repeatedly Monday morning to check on my truck to no avail, supposedly their internet and phones were down. I stop by the dealership Monday evening not knowing they were already closed and found my truck PARKED IN THE FRONT UNLOCKED. After already being stolen out of, you would think they would take EXTRA care, but this shows just how incompetent they are. Then at the end of the day, they REFUSED to do ANYTHING. They did not offer me a discount, they did not apologize, they did NOTHING besides talk to me like I was dumb. Then charged me $900 dollars for the starter they repaired. I would have never thought this would happen at a Chevy dealership. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

They Scam And Won't Fix Admitted Mistakes.

I went in just to see what options were available due to my 2010 Equinox consuming oil. I found myself going to the service department frequently and I was able to trade in my 2010 to a BRAND new 2015 Equinox! First new car I have ever owned. John was fantastic, even had time to answer questions on his off day. John was very professional and patient. He even went an extra mile to fulfill a couple of request for me. I would recommend going to Jim Keras Chevrolet if your looking to purchase a vehicle.

Why does everyone expect to be screwed when they go to a car dealer. Unfortunately, for folks in the market for a new vehicle, Jim Keras Chevrolet will happily provide you a crooked business manager ready to stuff your sales contract with deceptive and unwanted charges. The "finance charge" isn't actually a charge that originates from your loan provider....it's dealer profit. Also, "Keyguard" and all the "insurance" is optional. Car dealers sell cars every day and folks only buy one every 5 years or so. This is no excuse for the blatant exploitation of a buyers lack of knowledge of the fine details of the deal....

Jim Keras Chevrolet ..where to start ... i bring my vehicle up to jkc for all my automotive needs and i always feel warm inside when i get there the people are VERY friendly and nice and make sure all my needs are taken care of i would definately recommend these guys to everybody ive had past experiences with other dealerships and this is the very best number 1 dealership in memphis tennessee

I would not recommend this dealership for the simple reason they are crooks..........these people will try to cheat any and all ways that's possible. I found out through my finance company that this dealership was sticking me for an extra fifteen hundred dollars. The figures were changed so much and became so confusing that my finance company refused to deal with any one working at Jim Keras Chevrolet. In the end I wanted to get my trade car back. I was told ok, we will pull your car up to the front of the building. That pull up took 5days before I found out that my trade in car had been sold. Now what to do let's deal some more ........................never again.
