Forest Hill Cemetery - Holmes Road

My mom ordered my dad's headstone in October 2017 and due to a supposed clerical mistake on the cemeteries part the headstone may not be in until April if that. At first they said they would expedite the head stone but now they are doing nothing. My mom is 77 years old and lost her husband of 60 years last October. The runaround she has gotten has had her so distraught that I thought she might have a stroke.

I cannot but help wonder if the delay has to do with financial reasons as the place looks unkept. There are broken vases all over which the cemetery attributes to the mowers. My great grand mother's metal vase was broken in June and not repaired until October when I was there for my dad' s funeral. This means you cannot place flowers on the graves. They also do not clean up old flowers and stands so the place looks junky and some of the graves look sunken.
