Eye Spectrum

I called earlier this year for back-to-back appointments for my wife and I. The office person advised me we had to wait until after 12/22/19 because Eye Med insurance required a full calendar year between exams. I advised her she was incorrect and that it was a calendar year benefit. We could have 1 in December and 1 in January if we wanted. She wouldn't budge. We scheduled for 12/23. We had a car problem and I advised them we would be a few minutes late. We got there 3 minutes after their "grace period" of 15 minutes and were advised they would only see 1 of us. We both walked out. We had been going there for years, but will not return. Things really went down after Dr. Miles left. They had nobody waiting and didn't even attempt to retain us. The new doctor may be fine, but the staff is sub-par at best. There are too many service providers out there to put up with this kind of customer service! I won't even go into the lack of Christmas spirit.
