READ THE REVIEWS AND RUN AWAY! I made the mistake of ignoring the reviews because they were the only shop who said they could get my daughter's BMW in right away to check a drive train warning light. David told my daughter they'd call in 3 hours with the finding. Never called. I called over and over. Always an excuse. Caught in lies. TEN DAYS LATER they called my daughter to pick up the car and charged her $700 to replace the battery. Just the battery. $450 of that was the labor to conect it to the computer, check the battery and replace it. This place needs to be put out of business. Read the reviews and believe the bad ones. Go anyplace else but not here.

Magnificent shop with magnificent workers. You have to go in with the mind set of being patient, because you aren't bringing in a Chevrolet or Buick, but bringing in a European or German car. Since we are bringing in European or German cars, the search for used or refurbished parts might be more intense than driving an American car. I would and have recommended euro imports.

I drive a land Rover and this is THE place to to take yours to. they are very knowledgeable about not only land rovers, but also of all the other European autos. they have the proper diagnostic equipment like the dealerships have and will take good care of your European car!

Great service! Took great care of my used Land Rover LR3. I even buy smaller Land Rover parts from them for minor repairs. Recently had a full service in September 2015 for my recently purchased used Land Rover to include new fluids, oil change, brakes, pads, sensors and absolutely loved the service! The owner even called me several days later to check on my vehicle!

I totally agree with the other...

I totally agree with the other review listed here! This place is terrible! I too took my car there. Not only was it there way OVER a MONTH I ended up taking my car out of there on a tow truck (the same way it came in) . The guy gave me the run around every time I called to inquire bout the status to the point that I got fed up with the excuses and demanded the return of my car. I was told I could retrieve my car but would have to pay for diagnostic fees and any additional work that may have been perform on my car. I had no problem paying a diagnostic fee but when that fee comes to well over a thousand dollars we have a problem!!! Spoke to the owner to get a clear explanation of such outrageous amount for a car that was leaving his shop on a tow truck. He was very rude in his explanation to the point that I felt he was battling me by questioning his position as a mechanic. Started telling me If it was a white man wouldn't have a problem with paying the diagnostics fee but because he's a black man I want to bargain his pricing. Mind you I myself am black and this definitely was not a racist moment. I just wanted a clear explanation of what was

done for it to be so high of which I never clearly understood what was done to the point it came to 1k yet nothing was done to fix the car. This place is a total ripoff and I would highly recommend that you not go to this place.

I took my care there on 2-14-13 because hit a pothole and my check engine light came on(weird huh). So he explained he would send me an email that would tell me whats wrong and estimated repair costs. On 2-26-13 I went to go and retrieve my car because I had yet to receive an estimate or any details of what was wrong with my car. Audi has kept my car for over a week to repair it before but it doesn't take long for them to tell me what's wrong with the car. So the guy at desk said I have to pay for diagnostic charges which totaled $194 I say okay because I knew they was going to at least charge me for that even though he said I would have to speak with the owner if I wanted to obtain my diagnostic report. I left with my car and noticed it was shaking and my low tire pressure light was on which I thought to be odd because I just purchased 4 brand new tires the week before. So I got out looked at my tire and saw they they had mounted my spare tire which has the exact same rim as my other tires but a different tire but with no center cap. So I'm wondering why would they put the center cap on my spare tire from my real tire so i check my truck where my spare goes and there is my real tire with a big puncture hole in it. I immediately return to the shop right before the owner had arrived and he called me a liar like 10 times I tired to show him the difference between my rims and my receipt for the new tires but he refused to listen and kept insisting I was obviously lying because he said nobody at his shop would do such a thing.
