I wish I would have did my homework before I rented here!!! Or at least read the reviews!!! Why is this lady still the manger???? OMG she(property manager) is horrible and very rude!!!! I had issues going with my apartment when I moved here 6 months ago. Her nephew was the person that moved me in!!! He lost my deposit, I waited a month to move in and when I wanted her corporate number that's when she tried to help with the situation!!! Every since I moved in now she's just plain out rude!!!! I can't wait till my lease is up!!! And oh, the only way I knew he was her nephew was because I was complaining to her about him not calling me, I had payed my deposit weeks before I came to the office, and the fact no one called me with a date to move in!!! Oh and that's when she said, well he's my nephew and took up for him!!!! So dang who could I have went too????? I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened too!!!!

The property manager Mary is a racist!!! She is very disrespectful, loud, and doesn't know how to talk to her tenants. I have lived her for 3 years and finally decided to move. She made that decision without telling me!!! I love what the new owners have done for the property in the last year but they should not have appointed her property manager!!! BEWARE... A bad manager will ruin the entire property!!!!

My family and I have lived at Emerald square since December 2012. We loved the lay out of the townhomes, they suited the needs of our large family, until the day we turned on the utilities all hell broke loose. My family and I have lived with the constant plumbing issues, the uneven floors upstairs, mold in the tubs in the bathrooms, ceiling upstairs is leaking when it rains. The air conditioning unit ruined the ceilings downstairs, and yes my family and I are still dealing with these conditions. We have made numerous complaints for someone to handle the issues. Management sent someone to retrieve the padding under the carpet back in november of 2013,from the apartment flooding, its june of 2014 still nothing, my carpet is still ruined, and water is still flooding my apartment. This is a disgrace for the property manager to overlook the MANY tenants that live here, being affected by the same conditions. I have tryed to go elsewhere, but my applications are being turned down forcing my family to stay in these conditions. Living at emerald properties has been a real nightmare. Will someone please help.

the plumbing suck their water pressure is so awful we cant use the shower in master bedroom you have a lot of space

its lke a big -ss cardboard box with space . as i write this my tub in the bathroom in the hallway is running right now can not turn off i call the office a week ago still not here!!!! when i flush the toliet upstair it flood downstair so we have to take the cap off outside so it wont flood the house .its so disgusting out there you think they came NO! they have alot of mold no matter how much bleach you use its back in 2 days or less do not do not do not moved over here you will regret it if they just put some money into them and get their plumbing straight they would be some nice townhouse I KNOW WHEN YOU MOVED INTO AN NEW PLACE THERE GOING TO BE PROBLEM BUT D--- ! NOT LIKE THAT IF EMERALD SQUARE IS READING THIS YOU CANNOT PAINT OVER MOLD !!!!!!!!!
