Take Dominic's comments with a grain of salt. He lost a financial judgement to us and even then, tried to weasel his way out of paying. He lost his case with the BBB and TN Consumer of Affairs. He can't find anyone or agency to take his side. We have warned several investors and companies from doing business with Dominic Nguyen. He takes no accountability for poor decisions he made. For example, he had a tenant in a house who wanted to resign a lease, all they wanted was new carpet. We advised Dominic to put the carpet into the house and he refused. The tenant moved out and then the house was vandalized. Then he wants to blame us and get mad at us because we request money to get the rent ready started. He always wanted something for nothing and always made excuses of why his payments would be late. We should have knew that he was unethical the first time we met him in person and he talked very disrespectful to his wife in front of us.

This guy simply can't get over that no consumer agency or court system will take his side. It is total denial that he was liable for all his poor decisions.

DJ Baller's (aka Dominic Nguyen) comments really should be taken with a grain of salt. Mr. Nguyen review comes a few days after he waited until the last second to pay his financial judgement that was awarded to us in a court of law. Mr. Nguyen originally tried to fix up his rental property remotely with a contractor he selected before he even hired us to do the rent ready. Unfortunately, Dominic got took to the cleaners by his contractor (that we had no affiliation with) who actually trashed his house even more. So it is no surprise that Mr. Nguyen has had a bad experience. At that time, Dominic gave us the opportunity to make his house rent ready. We did a specific rent ready list for one of Dominic's properties, to which he stiffed us on the payment. We tried numerous times to get Dominic to pay, but he refused. Even though we gave him a specific list of what was done, he felt that upon tenant occupancy, we should have repaired the items the tenant found wrong with the house once the tenant occupied the house. Dominic went to the BBB with his complaint and lost. Then Dominic went to the Tennessee Bureau of Consumer Affairs and lost. Dominic then lost the lawsuit we filed upon him. Even after we were awarded the financial judgement, Dominic tried to weasel his way into a payment plan. It was not until one of his houses was going to be put up for sale at a Shelby County Sheriff's auction did Dominic finally agree to pay. Dominic's record keeping was often times wrong and everyone involved in this situation (BBB, TN Dept of Consumer Affairs and Shelby County Courts) all agreed that Dominic's stories were inconsistent with no back up of anything he said. I would warn anyone in Memphis from doing business with Dominic Nguyen

Not a trustworthy property management company, I would avoid this business and look for someone else. As a consumer, beware with doing business with them.
