        Dr. Bradley W. Wargo relocated to Memphis, back to his southern roots, from Central Iowa. He began his medical career attending undergraduate school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology and Pre-Medicine in 1993. During his undergraduate education, he worked for two years in the neuropsychology department at the Kansas City Veterans Administration Medical Center. In 1998, Dr. Wargo graduated from medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. Following medical school, Dr. Wargo received his post-graduate residency training in Pediatrics and Anesthesiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, which he completed in 2002. Following his residency education, Dr. Wargo completed his Pain Management Fellowship at The University of Texas-MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas in 2003. Early in his medical career, Dr. Wargo was an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at Texas A&M School of Medicine at Scott & White Clinic. Since leaving academic practice, Dr. Wargo has been practicing anesthesiology, pain management, interventional pain management, and regenerative medicine with a comprehensive evidence-based approach emphasizing holistic and preventive management. Despite leaving academic practice, Dr. Wargo has continued to publish extensively, expanding the knowledge base of anesthesiology, pain management, interventional pain management, and regenerative medicine management (OrthoBiologics). Dr. Wargo serves on the Editorial Boards of two peer-reviewed medical journals, one of which he also serves as a Section Editor. He has served as the President of both State Societies of The American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) and The American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP) for the State of Iowa.         Doctor Wargo is a caring doctor who was willing to listen to me about my pain.He has a great bedside manner which goes a long way with me. He explained my condition in terms I could understand . I would highly recommend Doctor Wargo and the clinic

        My experience with Dr. Wargo and Mays & Schnapp was exceptionally good!

        Dr. Wargo was very kind from the start. He was also on time, which is rare with most physicians today. When I provided him an overview of my situation, including my pain and the history of the pain escalation, he actually listened and then offered his own medical opinions, supported by knowledge and experience. He was empathetic and sensitive and began a plan to help me get to the source of my pain. In other words, he didn't just offer medication to mask the symptoms -- but a plan to hopefully alleviate and possibly eradicate my problem altogether. This gave me hope I hadn't had in a very long time.
