American Way New and Used Tires

This place sells bad tires. I got my tire changed and pulled off the parking lot to my new tire thumping. I immediately turn back into their lot and not only is the tire leaking air, the tire wasn’t the correct size. Not only is it incompetent to not match the numbers but to come out and blatantly defend your ridiculous action was pathetic. The employees are emotional and high strung when confronted with a problem and have zero problem solving skills (hence the reason they never matched the tire numbers in the first place)They refused to change to the correct tire, stating their shipment comes at three and to come back. Problem is, I have to be at work. They refused to refund my money or even give me my old tire.

Great customer service. Keep up good work guys. Walmart overcharged me for new tires and they gave me the best deal in world!!!

Do not buy any tires from here. They sold me a bad tire that thumped all the way home. I came back to return the tire (the same day) and he exchanged it for one that was as bad as the first one and then said they don't do refunds. They are very unprofessional and very ghetto. Don't spend your money there.
