Bride Nighmare

I place an order for a custom bouquet from Celia boutique in April 2013 for my upcoming wedding on (Labor Day) September 2nd 2013 when I place my order I left a down payment which was half the amount and I also requsted that the pick up date to be Friday Aug 30th and gave all info as to what I wanted with the Celia clerk. the clerk took the info everything appeared to be correct. and gave me a copy as well

I stop by the first week of aug to pay the remaining balance. I spoke with celia she came off a lil lost as to what I was there for, and what I was ordering. so one again I went over the details with her and again this was written down. Friday August 30th. I wasn't able to pick up my bouquet i try to call Celia several times but never got an respond.
So on Saturday August 31st I called Celia to let get know i will be there that day. one again she talking like she was lost. asking me What did I order and when was my wedding, now remind you that I wasn't able to pick up the date that written on the recipet.
now I'm very upset. she ask me can I come at 6pm to pick up. Ok sure I'm trying to give her the benefit. I get there at 7pm

Omg... the bouquet was a mess it was plain to see this was just toss togather I paid for additional roses to make it look fuller and more Crystals and Royal Blue feathers to be insert. It wasn't no and additional roses there was some crystals and Purple feathers the bouquet looked a mess and very cheap and wasn't well put together at all. even get own clerk kept trying to tell her this wasn't what I had order. I was highly upset I ask for my money back Celia kept trying to convince that this was a good bouquet. finally she gave it to me. now I'm on the phone trying to rush order a bouquet for my wedding on Monday. no one had white flowers. I went into Jewel justmy luck there was quite flowers and the nice clerk felt sorry for me and she put one together.

I will not be referring Celia boutique to no one Hey customer service wad bad also and if you still decide to use her my advice to you will to be stay on her.
