Excellent haircut and coloring with Eco Color by Robin.

I go to salon whenever I get my hair done. My hair is always fabulous when I leave. They know all of their clients by name so you feel very comfortable. Their prices are definitely affordable.

I feel bad giving this business 1 star because my friend goes here and loves it. I was excited at first because I thought the salon was really cozy and it looked like the other customers and stylists were having a good experience. I was greeted(if you call it that) by a short younger girl with darker hair) I wanted to ask a few questions before I made a appointment. This girl lack some much knowledge I seriously thought she was just the receptionist. I proceded to explain how my old Hair stylist highlighted my hair in a technique called "ombre"? I know thats not the correct word or not spelled correctly, but the result looks like a two-toned look .Almost like your highlights dont shoe directly on the top of your crown. I was being very polite showed pictures and tried to explained my desired look the best I could because i know it was hard to explain and I have a lack of styling terminology. All this "stylist" did was roll her eyes at me and actually said "I have no idea what you are taking about and what you are saying does not make any sense" I felt so imbarressed she actually rolled her eyes at me!!?? I know I had problems explaining the look I was going for but to be rude about it was mortifying for me!! Another stylist even shot me a look of embarressment so at least I felt I wasn't the only one catching on to how rude she was. Hince, I did not make the appointment there. A week later I found a stylist whio gave me beautiful highlights that remind me how my hair looked when I spent the summer at the beach when I was a kid. I brought this up to my friend who suggested Uptown to me. She did reply "ow yeah I know who your talking about, she has been rude to people when I was in there too" Great friend Huh? Needless to say, it can be jhard for clients to explain how they want their hair, I as well as alot of other people do not knoe the exact terminology but at least be polite and not a little rude snot about it it just makes you look unprofessional. I hope that girl reads this and learns some mannors
