I had an opposite experience. Everything went smooth from the initial order to receipt of my supplies. I have been very happy with the experience since 101 Diabetic Supplies got involved .

This company should be investigated. They are formerly Canyon somehow connected to 101 Diabetic Supplies. My mother waited 3 mos for her Supplies. DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

go anywhere else! I echo EVERYTHING the previous reviewer wrote and only gave them one star because there is no lower rating. Their customer service is terrible. I waited through 23 earlier callers to become #1 and be told "so and so is not at his desk. Please leave a message." I was told "we can't see that information on our computer and we'll have to transfer you to another department". They were so "busy" that when Medicare called them because I was complaining, they were too busy to talk to the government! Today when I called to cancel everything, I was hung up on without even a goodbye. Get your diabetic supplies from ANYONE ELSE!

Would not recommend this supplier to my enemy. Had to deal with them for over three weeks trying to get my supplies. Eventually changed to a different supplier. Jade diabetic has incompetent and uncaring 'workers' that answer the phone. Good luck with getting anything from them.
