Dr. Raymond J. Delorenzi, MD

Would have loved to find out that he was a good doctor, however during the appointment scheduling when asked many questions, including who is primary, i gave the name. I left my house early to get there by 8:30, come to work late and to find out that he does not take this other primary doctor patients. I spent over 1 hour getting there from MI, and then to be told i cannot be looked at, after checking and waiting. I lost time from work, and although they apologized it just was not enough. My time is as valuable as his is. To take off a total of 1 1/2 hours of work certainly cost me money and i assure you that it is not minimum wage. The doctor. should have at least had the decency to come and see me personally not send a assistant to bring me into a back room just to let me know that he cannot see me. Exactly what is the conflict between a primary and a specialist? Certainly not competing for work, so I wonder....

the staff is wonderful! So kind and caring... The Doc is amazing! He not only is very well educated but has a fantastic bedside manner, spends the time with you to go over all the info, answers all questions, is very caring and such a kind demeanor about him. He doesn't act like your typical surgeon. He actually takes the time to find out about you and what is impt to you and what it means to get back to what you were doing and how you were doing it before the injury or disease started. He actually came into the waiting room and took me into his office to talk about the surgery himself because he knew from my previous visit that I am very nervous about having surgery. What a great team of people and a fantastic doctor. Highly recommend!!
