NEVER trust these people. The service is horrible, the wait time has always been more than 30-45 minutes even when your the first one in the door! I paid them for a kitten plan for a stray kitten I had found, but she was too young for the shots and procedures, when I returned with the kitten 6 months later they told me I would have to pay the $130 again for the shots the kitten never received since I had not returned sooner.Instead of caring for the kitten they manipulated their policy to get more $ which was obviously their true concern.
I will never recommend this place or the insensitive female veterinarian and her aid who refused to honor the plan which had already been paid in full!
These greedy folks dont even deserve 1 star from me and I hope all my fellow pet lovers avoid their services as well!

We've been bringing our 4-legged babies here for 3-years. They're caring and professional with prices we can afford. I recommend them to everyone. Our 3-dogs get their shots, annual check-ups and meds there. And, of course, they always have a licensed vet on duty. The only thing I would change is the days they're open. Sometimes one of my dogs needs to be seen on a day other than Wednesday through Saturday.

I have been taking my animals to Brevard aid to animals for 5 years and never have had a single negative experience there. They have always treated me and my pets well, and I have never felt they were "just in it to make money." If this indeed were the case they would certainly charge more than 15$ a visit. I have certainly never had them insist on any specific product for my animals, I've always been given a choice. The negative reviewers on this page are full of crap, or work for the competition, or both.

Great place.

Great affordable place with a caring staff. And all the cats running around are extremely friendly with pets and people. I got my kitten spayed here and I now take my other old cat here for care as well. I would recommand them to anyone.

Please do not go here. From my experience it is a cheap place to get your pet looked at and medicine at a discount but after my visits I see that they are in business to make money off people who can't afford a real veterinary visit. When I first visited the place I was looking for flea medication. My cat is an older cat. The veterinarian spent all of 5 minutes looking at my cat to confirm she had fleas then spent 10-15 minutes speaking with my boyfriend trying to find out if he would be qualified to work there at the facility. The female at the desk suggested Frontline. I suppose because they were getting a kickback for everyone they recommended to Frontline. I have used Frontline about 4-5 times and NEVER it has worked. However, I wanted to believe that this was a place that really cared about animals and bought a six month supply. I should have just thrown the money out the window while driving down the street. The only medication that really seemed to work was Revolution. At the time of the visit the old man said that my cat was too old for it. That's why I tried Frontline AGAIN! Okay, I am the ignoramus here. Two months ago I went there to see if I could get Revolution. When I arrived they said they didn't have it in stock but that they were due to get it in a few days. When I returned to my vehicle my battery had died. I went back inside and spoke to a young man and asked if someone there could give my battery a jump. I found jumper cables in my trunk and went back inside to let him know I had them. I sat in 90 degree weather for an hour until I found someone to come jump my battery. It took all of 2 minutes. (No, the young man nor anyone else ever did come out to help or even ask if they could call a tow truck or anything.) Note to self..... probably not the place to take a pet who is sick if they can't help a perfectly healthy person with a battery jump. But even after all that I called a few days ago and asked if they had Revolution. I was told they do and they can sell it to me in individual or however I wanted. When I arrived, there were no brochures for Frontline anywhere to be seen!!! Strange! The woman at the desked asked my name and had a difficult time finding my file. Hmmmmm.. Warning! I saw that they had Advantage and Activyl now along with Revolution. She suggested either as they work really good. Oh, but you need a prescription for Revolution. Hmmmm, no mention of THAT from the smart young man that told me they had it available. When I asked which was better the woman said they are both good. She suggested Advantage. All I could see was FAILURE!!!!! A repeat of her recommendation of Frontline. I chose to go with Activyl. Who knows if it will actually work. I bought one dose so if it doesn't I won't lose anything. It seems that will push whatever product is giving them the most kick back. Good for them!!! And if they are getting subsidized by the government for being a charitable affiliation then all the better. I would not recommend them unless you honestly have NO WHERE ELSE TO GO. I feel sorry for your pet if that is the case.

Money hungry n not thorough!!

Took my first puppy litter. After explaining to them what breed they were, when they were born and how many they gave me an estimate over the phone. I get there the receptionist tells me it's going to be "a little more" AFTER they take them back to get tails docked. When they come out, receptionist tells me it's double what I was quoted because my puppies were "bigger" than expected. Not a genius but I'm sure my puppies at 4 days old weren't double the size they expected for them to justify double the charge! And if I tell a vet clinic the breed of dog I'm sure they would have at least references to look up the breed and what size to expect!!! After hearing the news and getting upset (and of course not at the cost but the principal) I just wanted to either choke the receptionist or walk out. I decided that my puppies need me right now so jail wasn't an option. Never going there again and not recommend!!!!!

The faculty and staff are wonderful, warm, and highly qualified. I have been a client since they opened their doors and they have given each of my yorkies excellent care and services. I have recently had my 4th little yorkie spayed and they did a great job and followed through after her surgery to ensure she was recovering as expected. I love walking in and feeling like I'm a welcome friend at every visit and that each of the animals are cared for as though they were their very own. I tip my hat to Jamie and all the staff for setting the tone welcomming rather than an institutional. I highly recommend Brevard Aid to Animals on Aurora RD in Melbourne to everyone.
