Horrible place.. Don't buy from here. Service department is a joke. They dont care about their customers.

Worked out a deal with one sales man then found out he wasn't going to be able to finish the deal because he was going to be out of town. Not happy about that, and didn't get the deal I started. Didn't really get a deal at all. Will never buy from them again.

I have been in to state 8 looking for a good used ATV in the 5k range no less then 5 times. Every time I am talked to like I am a bother to them. Every time I have left my name and phone number with a salesman so he could contact me when they get one in trade. NOT ONE TIME in 2 yrs have they apparently gotten a used atv in trade that they wanted to sell. I drive by Medina location every day, used atvs out front every day, no calls. I will stick with my trusty 15 yr old atv and save my cash.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHIING FROM STATE 8!!!

Had a deal all worked up to purchase a Polaris 800 RZR - went back the next day to finalize the paperwork and was informed they could not honor the deal we just worked up because "THERE WAS A PREVIOUS DEAL ON THE TABLE WITH ANOTHER BUYER"!!!! Are you kidding me??? Is this company full of complete idiots that they cannot keep track of the "DEALS ON THE TABLE" or are they looking for someone to come in and agree to a higher price??? What a waste of time!!

How can I say this politely? …While I am currently past the point of belligerence and now entering the emotional state of revulsion, I will say that there is absolutely no morality in the business ethics that State8 claims to have. I gave a generous down payment on a bike that employees claimed would be in the shop any day. Since then in Nov. 2010, I have yet to receive my bike, or a glimmer of hope. My calls were repetitively ignored. Persistence finally paid off when an employee sent me a picture of “my bike” sitting at the shop. Later I found out from the manager that my bike wasn’t at the store, and the picture I received was bogus and from another store. Was this employee who lied to me, and ignored my called disciplined? No. Did I ever get my bike? No. Would I ever do business there again? No. Overall my feelings to State8 can be summed up as such...lily wily douche clowns.

THIS PLACE IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!! They have the sticker price as one price and then when you agree to buy there is a bunch of hidden fees and it's marked up about 5x what you thought!. ON TOP of that, the first night I drove my bike home the battery would not hold a charge. I took it back (it was brand new) and they said it was something I did and tried to charge me to fix it.



NEVER AGAIN!!!
