Went in to look at the Kia Optima. Wasn't able to come to terms on a deal that I would like, but my salesman wasn't the least bit pushy, and wasn't upset at all when I passed on a deal. I was treated well by everyone I came into contact with.

Kia went above and beyond the expectations of a dealership. With my poor credit my salesman had me driving away in a 2016.... Love this place.

Bought a Kia Sorento SX V6 yesterday at Bill Doraty Kia! I had a great experience!

I had originally called Montrose Kia in Sheffield, but was not overjoyed by how the salesman was not interested in talking to me until later that day.

So I called Bill Doraty. Alan took my call and was super helpful and we scheduled an appointment for 3:15. I was instantly greated when I arrived by Jay Brant who ended up being my salesman. He was great and will definitely refer him to all my friends and family. He's a great salesman, answered all my questions, was great with my kids, and got me into a car I totally love. A big thank you to Jay and the rest of the team! I have been a ford girl all my life...this has been, by far, the best car buying experience I have had!

I love Bill Doraty Kia they have made sure my Kia Sportage is always safe for me to drive,when I come in for my oil change they always give my car the 100 point inspection and this time found two problems that needed fixed it saved me from braking down in the middle of the night on my way home from my shift at the hospital, Thank You Will, they are very honest and tell me when some thing does not need done,thanks for the honesty I love a dealership that looks out for me,and don't rip me off.

This is a great place to buy and service my vehicle. I always receive great service. My wife has a VW and we bring it here for service. I also love my Sorento. It's probably the best vehicle I've ever driven.

I went to Bill Doraty Kia on 5/31/2016 not expecting to buy anything that day. The sales man Kevin & the finance guy worked with me to get me into a new car at a price I can still afford. I definitely recommend going here.

I haven't been treated so well. I bought a Forte but was treated like I was purchasing a top of the line vehicle. The salesman spent at least 3 hours with me. Yes, he tried to get a bigger down payment, extras, etc. That is their job so there is no way I can say something negative about that. After discussions about what I could afford, etc. I still got the car. It's been 2 years and I have yet to have a problem, just regular maintenance.

My fiancé and I both recently purchased two used Kias from this dealership, a optima for myself and a soul for my fiancé . not only did they provide excellent service to us but they worked with us on the payments and made it affordable and fun to shop for cars which is usually a huge hassle . I'm a home health nurse and travel all over the place to patients homes to perform care. I really needed a reliable car and especially with a good warranty. I really liked Kia's warranties they were holding. They worked within my budget and got me financed. I drove home in a new 2015 Kia Forte. Its a fantastic ride, great mileage, and looks very professional too. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to come to Bill Doraty Kia for an excellent car and excellent service all around. Give tremendous props to my sales consultant Dan Butler and Business Manager Kerry Crawford for going above and beyond to help,very knowledgeable, and down to earth. I'm sad only because I didn't get to try to shot the basketball for $5,000, but it's ok you can make it up by drawing my name for $10,000 dollars and I WILL be back for another car. This time it will be for my husband.

We arrived at Bill Doraty with the intention of only test driving a Sorento. We were met by Franko upon exit from our car. We told him what we were interested in. We took one for a ride and were immediately impressed with the features and the roominess. The one we drove only had a 4 cyl. we were looking for a 6. We took the 6 for a ride and liked it even better. A deal was made and your dealership was able to locate the vehicle color we wanted, and along with our color choice we received more features than expected and also you were able to keep Us under budget. Overall it was a pleasant experience with NO pressure from the sales staff.

I am new to the whole car buying process. I was 17 when I got my cost and only car. I came to Bill Doraty and was greeted right away by Alex. He listened to my wants and concerns about my credit being a single mom and bad credit due to college loans. He helped me find the perfect car and stayed under my price limit.
