        My husband and I first met Kar...

        My husband and I first met Karic Roberge of Whittle Construction in Dec. 2010 and worked with him to find the right lot to build our home on. We were about to settle for a less desirable site, when Karic found the perfect lot with the views we wanted of the valley and within our price range.



        Working with the people at Whittle Construction made the whole process enjoyable. They were flexible, able to incorporate last minutes changes and remained positive and supportive. Karic and Cheri Doelger provided excellent suggestions on design features and color choices. Lyndell, the office administrator, is friendly, efficient and helpful.



        The house was built on time and within budget - other than additional items we added, which were always discussed and agreed upon before implementation.



        One suggestion I have for all new home buyers is that you document all discussions, changes, estimates and agreements to ensure a clear understanding and agreement. This saved us both (buyer and seller) costly misunderstandings and surprises.
