I truly wish that I could rate a 0 for this place. And Keep Oregon Green, how much did you get paid to say that ?? Or who in your family owns this place ?? They are rude people that steal from others. As we all know you are ball faced lieing. The experience in this store is not good. Especially if you bring unused clothing. In perfect condition. They are just another Store that is Money Hungry. I understand people need to make money. But they have no right acting the way they do. STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT THEIR SELVES. If they want to challenge me on my Statement. I am ready. Let's get a hold of a News Station and see what happens. You are a SAD Business. They need to be stopped.

Absolutely appalled by the lack of respect I was given. I brought in my swing to be priced how much cash I could get for it depending whether I will just keep it for my daughter or not. after offering me $14 for the swing I decided that was not enough it wasn't worth it to give it to them $100 swing originally and still pretty brand new, when I went back the next day too get the swing they had it out on the floor already for $45 dollars!! I was shocked. After 35 minutes of them running around and kept telling me I'm so sorry honey I'm so sorry sweetie (my same age ladies ) throwing coupons at me and saying For your inconvenience. The woman slides $15 towards me at the counter and turned her back on me. I said what about the swing? She says you lost it and shrugs her shoulders while making a rude face. I have donated so many brand new name brand clothes to them and I've gone to them many many times they overprice things I don't really see it as a hand-me-down store that should help anybody it cost the same price to buy something brand new at Walmart. Don't waste your time there if you're a new mom you're better off getting new things then used from that place. They're overpriced and money hungry

They over charge for pretty much everything. A consignment store should not cost more than a retail store, yet you can find toys and clothes for sale there for what you would pay at Toys R Us or Childrens place. Not to mention that their "boutique" items are bought from China for pennies on the dollar, one of the workers actually showed me when I asked why they do not just buy local childrens boutique items. And finally their customer service sucks, you will be treated like you are there to serve them not the other way around.
