        Overall

        Terribly long wait times on the phone. Refill message mailbox is not maintained so always ask to speak to reception. Then they'll take 3 days to fill a request that takes 2 minutes on a computer. Look elsewhere.

        Horrible! Impossible to get through to on the phone, even during regular hours. And they lost my pap test. Went there once and will not be going back!
