Approximately one month ago I had Radabaugh install a brand new heating/air conditioning system at my home. This cost over five-THOUSAND (THAT'S RIGHT THOUSAND) ($5,000.00) dollars. Within twenty-four (24) hours the system went down. Radabaugh was notified and they sent out a service tech. It was discovered that the connections on the new system were not tight and the system had lost all its Freon. They tightened all connections and replaced the Freon. This past week I received a bill for over one-hundred and twenty ($120.00) dollars for their service call to fix THEIR inept installation. I don't know if this is a scam against just senior citizens or if they do it to everybody but I just feel people should be made aware of what's happening.

Mr. Radabaugh is very knowledge and does quality work, but the same can not be said about most of his employees. My understanding is that they are grossly mistreated by their boss and do not stay with the company long enough to become proficient in the trade.

Gary Radabaugh is an extremely knowledgeable HVAC professional. He came to our house today and figured out the issue with our heat pump after making sure it was not something that could be fixed with some adjustments or cleaning. Too many companies today take the route where they can make the most money buy ordering parts prematurely. Gary did everything he could before determining replacement parts were necessary.

Would NEVER recommed this company to anyone, most of the techs don't even know what they are doing, we have had NOTHING but problems since the initial installation of a heat pump by this outfit, all they want is you $$$ and don't seem to care if it is fixed or not.

I have been rescheduled several times on the same problem, and once they did make it out, they replaced my heat pump and it still did not work properly. Then they told me I needed a new inside unit. The second opinion blew out the line, hooked the unit back up and all has been well since. That was last winter and I'm still running fine. I'd never reccommend this company.

I have experienced same day service several times over the past years. I highly recommend because they are dependable, do quality work, have reasonable fees and clean up afterwards. What more can you ask for.

absolutely terrible

Terrible customer service

took 1 1/2 months for them to replace compressor only to disconnect and tell me I need to spend 1340.00 more to replace inside unit. Another company re-connected the compressor and said everything works fine. I've requested a copy of my bill 3 times and they still have not given it to me. reported to BBB.
