My minor daughter's Mother abandoned the household leaving my daughter with her step father who sought legal custody through Roller. I was left in the dark about this situation until I called my daughter before visiting. Upon the discovery, I hired my own attorney. We immediately served the mother notice which Roller failed to do. We researched the step Father and discovered the he had an arrest record for assualt, child endangerment and resisting arrest,which Roller was apparently unaware. Roller and his client attempted to brain wash my daughter but of course, lost the case since only me, the natural Father can legally gain custody. Today, I have a close relationship with my daughter despite Roller's and his client's attempts to lie and deceive
