        If you have a complaint at St. Anthony Hospital Medicine center 608 nw 9th st Suite 1100 & 1000 N Lee Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73102 .
        You will be escorted out of the hospital by a security guard per ' Burnadette Burns Risk Managment ' And also receive a letter from them to not come back to there hospital . I am disabled and I cannot beleve what happend to me on that day
