Lifepath Systems State Of Tx

I had to wait forever on the phone to speak to someone. It was 2:30pm but they said I couldn’t come in today (even though they don’t close until 6pm). I asked how long the wait would be if I come in the morning and I was told I would have to wait at least an hour and a half just to start the process. I asked if I would get to see a counselor tomorrow when I come in and she said no that I wouldn’t see a counselor until a different day. They never greeted me, never spoke highly of their services, never encouraged me to come in, but instead they acted like I would be a burden if I came in. Very discouraging to say the least.
