AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!! Worst customer service! Had scheduled work for warranty repair took off work early and no one showed. Was told that Monday by Amber they were there but no one answered the door so they left (I was there all day!!!!!). Second time around (rescheduling the missed apt) they called and said they needed to reschedule because of the weather and that they would call me back to reschedule the appointment. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! When I got around to calling them back to reschedule the appointment they cancelled they told me it was too late and I should have called back immediately to ensure that our problem was fixed! I have never dealt with a company SO UNWILLING to ensure that their customers are taken care of, especially when they screwed up.

They did not show up when they were suppossed and trying to get them to finish the job was almost impossible. Their manager was rude and seemed like he didn't care that we had problems with their work.
