I completely understand why this restaurant is never busy. The food was not good to say the least. The salad bar is usually my favorite part at Ruby Tuesdays but not here. Some of the lettuce was wilting and the ham was still frozen. Our server was too busy socializing in the kitchen to take care of his tables. I had to get the hostess to get us some ketchup because the server was nowhere to be found. Needless to say, we will never go back there again.
