Overall

The worst and most bizarre experience I have ever had with any business in my lifetime!



I can only echo everything that has been said before. This company is awful and bizarre. When our organization wrote a long, detailed letter about the behavior of the driver this is the response we got back:

Peoples like you your company is paying for the service and your homeless employee they don t

care and trying to abuse our vehicle ......

People were actually in fear for their safety. Our representative, I will call her Joan is a very polite female who attempted to interact with the driver by thanking him and shaking his hand when we were first picked up in the morning. From the very first, the driver seemed to be extremely agitated and literally acted like a child. He refused to shake our representatives hand and would only sit in his seat and stare straight out the window.



The next issue was one member of our group boarded the bus with a 5 year old with a bottle of juice for the child. The driver then admonished them that no liquids of any kind were allowed on board. This is while the driver himself had a bottle of water and coffee with him. When the passenger stated he could not possibly take a 3 hour ride without anything for the child to drink, the driver then literally sat in his seat and would not speak and would not move the bus. Joan tried to talk to him but he would not make eye contact. It was the most bizarre behavior I've ever seen.



Joan then called the company's phone number and the owner of the company began berating her for "disrespecting" the driver and told her that nobody else is allowed to speak to the driver. He kept repeating that we must show the driver respect.



After a strange and tense 5 minutes of sitting in the bus with no conversation other than many of the group discussing what we should do the driver started the bus and began to move. He ended up driving down a narrow one way street going the wrong way and finally entered the freeway.



After we arrived at our destination the bus was set to pick us up make an intermittent stop and then return. The bus was late arriving, and then when people began to board Joan spoke to him to confirm the intermittent stop and the driver again began the strange behavior. Once again Joan attempted to talk to him and he exited the bus, make a cell phone call and began arguing with someone in what sounded like a middle eastern language.



Again, Joan called the company and again she was berated for "disrespecting" the driver. At this point we contacted our national organization for help and they attempted to negotiate with the driver who again began speaking about respect.



At this point, most in the group truly believed that there was something wrong and it would be dangerous to be on board the bus with this company and driver. Our company terminated the service on the spot and another company was hired. We had to wait 2 hours for the new company to arrive but nobody wanted to get back on that bus.



The last thing that happened was that once we told the driver we were firing them, the drove the bus in a giant circle in the parking area we were waiting came back toward our crowd of about 50 people and picked up our sign with our company logo that we had placed in the front window and tore it up in front of everyone.



Thinking back on this, I wished that we had called the police to report this guys strange behavior. But he didn't really every make any threats he just acted strange and very angry. One of our group members said they thought he could strap dynamite to him at any moment and blow himself up.

BEWARE. I rented them a month...

BEWARE. I rented them a month in advance and they said that all they owned was 2008 buses and newer. Found out one day before the trip, from the bus driver, that the bus i was going to get was actually a 2001. I called the company within 2 minutes of finding out, and they LIED once again and said I had a 2008, then I told them I knew that it wasnt and what were they going to do about it. The owner, Sandra, laughed in my ear and said " there is nothing I can do about it, and if you want cancel the bus, you can because we dont need your money. I said I have already planned this trip with people that have paid their $$ for a luxury bus and you lied to me for a month! She said once again you can cancel.

I had no choice byt to take the trip. The toilet didnt work, so if you had to use the restroom, you had to tell the bus driver to pull over ( 5 HOUR TRIP), the TV had a picture but NO SOUND until you hit a bump, and then you could hear. The radio and cd player skipped while driving....and to top it off, another one of their broken buses was on the side of the road BROKE DOWN, and we had to stop because it is company policy that if you see one of your buses you had to try and help them out. so now we are on the side of the rd, waiting and hoping to get back home asap. the bus driver was the only thing decent about this trip. very nice! Driver also said this was usual practice for them and they do this to people all the time. The buses are not the ones pictured on site. B

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK! WE PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS PARTY BUS FOR OUR FRIENDS 21ST BIRTHDAY, FIRST OFF THE BUS WAS A HALF HOUR LATE, THEN THE DRIVER COMPLAINED WE WANTED TO STOP TO MUCH, AND YET HE WLDNT JUST DRIVE US AROUND SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO GET OFF. SO WE STOP AT THE SECOUND BAR AND THE DRIVER LEFT, YES E LEFT ALL 22 OF US IN BALTIMORE CITY!!!! PLUS HE TOOK OFF WITH ALL OUR STUFF, WE HAVE GOT MOST OF IT BACK, BUT I AM STILL MISSING MY 300 DOLLAR CANNON CAMERA WHICH TE LADY ON THE PHONE WHO WROKS THERESAID I LOST IT THAT TE DRIVERS DONT STEAL. RITE COME ON SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, HOW DO U HAVE A COMPANY CALLED AMERICA LIMOUSINE AND UR NOT EVEN AMERICAN! TO SUM IT UP, IM VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED, MY FRINDS BDAY WAS RUINED AND I GOT ROBBED , O AND WE ALL HAD TO PAY $50 FOR A CAB RIDE OEM BECAUSE THE DRIVER LEFT US!!!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF AND LEAVE U STRANDED, THEN PLAY THE NO ENGLISH CARD...BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
