QUICK RESPONSE TIME!

I filled out an online service request and left a voice mail on a Wednesday evening to have my washing machine repaired. They called me first thing in the morning, arrived that afternoon, and had my washing machine repaired within 20 minutes!

I would definitely recommend them!!!

fast reliable service

Called at 9:00am out by 10:00am. Fixed my dryer and microwave in ONE visit. Bill had all the parts on his truck. He said they were good appliances. He was such a great guy. I told him we would always call them first. I had two other companys that told me they could get out in two days. There is 5 of us living here. There was no way I could wait. THANKS CAROLINA

JUST GREAT SERVICE

Had my washer and refrigerator fixed. They were out in 1 hour. Joel fixed it in 30 min. He even helped me clean behind refrigerator. They were wonderful!!!! My mom gave me their name and I am spreading it.

The listing clearly states that they serveice the Mt. Pleasant area, so I called and left a message. I was impressed that even though it was after normal business hours the call was returned within 1.5 - 2 hours. I told the person I was in Mt. Pleasant, and he seemed familiar with my town. We set up a call for between 7 & 8am for the repair man. When he called (as scheduled) and I told him I was in Mt. Pleasant he said "where's that?". I asked him where he was and he told me Mooresville. Mooresville is no where close to Mt. Pleasant. The prospective repairman then told me "Well you're looking at about a $139.00 service call for me to check it out."

I guess a company in Kentucky would service Mt. Pleasnt too, if you were willing to pay $600.00 for the service call.

I then told the repairman that:

The ad states they service the Mt. Pleasant area.

I told the first person I spoke with that I live in Mt. Pleasant.

That I work late and sleep late, and had to wake up from a good needed sleep to answer his call, only to find out that the cost of the trip to check out my dryer was more than one third the cost of a new dryer, not counting actually repairing the dryer

I guess some companies fish for customers by listing service areas that are totally unreasonable, so no I would not recommend these people.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Our experience with this company was great! The service repair man was able to come within an hour of our call and completely fixed the refrigerator within 15 minutes. He was quick, knowledgeable, efficient and clean - he swept up when he was done! And the price was unbelievably good. We definitely recommend this company!
