Overall

Between a week long experience... promised call backs never done. The first salesman should work as a pyschic cuz he just pulled a car up and told me a price three times what I told him. He claims my credit is -1 and showed me some jimmied report. When I pulled up my report, from the same company I was at a 542. Needless to say I walked out. They finally called me a day later, asking me what happened. I said when I buy a car I buy from a car saleman. Not a psychic. They try to get me back in the NEXT day and I told the new car salesman mike Houston that ill come in when u tell me u can get me in a car in my budget range... he says he can't sell a car over the phone. :-\:-\ who buys a car over the phone??? I said I was negotiating, and I wont spend another four hours for nothing. After such horrible service, I call back to talk to the high up manager and asked if they sell cars? Cause it doesn't seem like it. Once again put on hold instantly but he did manage to give me the sales manager. She, Terry, may be the only one who assisted in such horrible service environment. We negotiated over the phone and she had a few cars she can put me in. I agreed to go back, after working with her, she pawned me back to Mike Houston.... the second salesman from earlier that day. She had me at 315 a month and somehow it turned to 353 a month. Not to big but still. Finally, four hours later, I had a new car. One of the key alarms didnt work so mike told me to come back tomorrow when the service department is in. I went home, went to bed. Drove to work and my license plates they put on weren't secured all the way, (wrong screws). With a dangling plate scratching my bumber you can imagine my frustration. I go back the next day to fix the key and mike said he called and left a voice message saying I had to come early. (He didn't call) I said i'll come back the next day (today/saturday) in the early morning. Now today he says theyll charge me 53 bucks for the key guts. I said I'm not going to pay for that. He said I get worked up too much and needed to calm down. I took him outside, explaining the plates were about to fall off. He admitted to putting them on. I then showed him the scratches and he goes on defensive mode. I told him having spent six days of coming into this place and having such things to happen is ridiculous and I will post a review online. He then went on a rant of how he doesn't care about social media and that im a difficult person to deal with. Funny thing is I know I can be an difficult but this was me on my best behavior. Wasn't rude, just went over his head back to Terry, which again he didn't like. He comes back with a paper titled "we owe". Told me to sign this paper and I said again, I'm not paying for it. He goes on another rant about me being me and needing to calm down. I told him he is too emotional, I was being blunt and to the point, "we" owe is a vague term and we means you and I. I will read this document and then sign. Now I have to wait for a call sometime next week to pick up a new key. Regardless, the service, from what I saw, is the worst I have EVER seen. Considering I have dealt with alot of dealerships for my shipmates in the navy and know their tactics, worked at a car dealership for a few years, bought a few as well, and attended many classes on the art of selling and marketing. I feel like they don't like playing by their own rules and dont like dealing with smart consumers. Two star rating barely. If it wasnt for Terry, it would of been a one star. (SIDE NOTE... A HUGE NASTY BUG THE SIZE OF A PINKY WAS CRAWLING AT ME IN THEIR WAITING ROOM AND I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO PICK IT UP AND THROW IT AWAY. 30 EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR)

Overall
The Car that was not there

I was looking for a specific vehicle and was told by two sales people Raul and Jimmy that they had it on their lot. I drove 124.86 miles roundtrip and wasted three hours of my time and fuel only to have them tell me they did not have the vehicle. You decide liars and con men or just dumb asses.
