Terrible service. The first time I took my car in for an Autobutler paint protection application in December of 2013, they removed my antenna and placed it in my center console. They never put it back on, they just left it there. So I took the time to reinstall the stupid antenna myself. That's just bad service. But it gets worse.
The last time, July of 2015, they left white film and smudges all over the interior of my car. They also vacuumed up a receipt that was with some auto parts on the floor of my car for the parts, which I was going to return afterwards for $45 back. I called and spoke with the service department manager, and he said bring back the car and we'll make it right. I brought back the car.
They couldn't find the receipt, and after twenty minutes of waiting, no one came out to wipe up the white film and smudges in my interior. I had already lost $45 for the parts that were now un-returnable, and almost 5 hours out of my day for this nonsense, so I left and cleaned up Sutton Ford's MESS myself. I should also mention that I was sold a LEMON 2013 Ford Fiesta that Sutton refuses to fix on the grounds that the transmission is "not broken enough" and so I am stuck with a car in which the transmission does not, and has never, worked properly. Slipping in and out of gears while accelerating, stalling out, lurching and slamming into gears is apparently "not broken enough" for Sutton's highly trained, knowledgeable service department. I will never patronize this joke of a dealership ever again.

I purchased a 2005 mustang from Sutton back in August 2010. I had the car for 2.5 weeks. I received a call from the service department saying they had a warranty "part" for the Mustang and please bring it in so they can work on it. I brought it in, then the Finance manager who was extremely rude and a-holish. He told me he can't get me financed and they took the car back.
My issue isn't with the financing, but it was how they lied to get me there, let me keep the car for two weeks and then was rude and obnoxious after kissing my feet when I bought it. I spoke with the GM as well as the owner. I told them, I will make sure everyone knows about the experience but they didn't seem to care. I don't like the way they do business. I don't believe that it takes 2 weeks to find financing.
I wouldn't recommend my dog to take a you-know-what on their property and definitely not anyone to purchase anything from them!!
