Traceway Restaurant

Any time you pull into a restaurant parking lot and see patrol cars, pickups, and 18 wheelers, you have usually found the best home-cooked food in town. I stopped in Mathiston during a week-long bicycle trip up the Natchez Trace Parkway, and the lunch buffet was great! It was a tasty and very filling meal and it cost less than $5, excluding drink and desert. They also had steaks and sandwiches and a bunch of items on the menu. If you're hungry, be sure to stop here. The service was also excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.
