I ordered a VS1 .75 ct center, 1.55 ct diamond engagement ring which was paid in full by me. I went to pick up the ring the first time and it had a .5 ct center diamond, which was not what we agreed upon. The owner stated this was a mistake on his part, and offered to make the correction, which I agreed to. When I went to pick up the ring the 2nd time, he provided an appraisal showing that it was a .75 ct center, 1.55 ct tw ring. Following that, I had the ring independently appraised by 2 sources, verbally and in writing. The true size/weight is .55 ct center, 1.05 ct tw. The value is $2,475 less than the appraised value that the store provided, and less than what I paid for it, which he advertised as a sale/discount. I went back to the store with this information and he refused to issue a refund or provide any other resolution.

I got ripped off! I bought a dainty 2 tone white and yellow gold cross with diamonds. I had a specific look in mind and budget and this fit the criteria. I should have not rushed my decision but there was only this one and needed to gift it by the end of the week. This was a gift for my baby niece. After gifting it, a couple of weeks later my sister in law mustered up the courage to let me know that some of the diamonds had chips and cracks in them and that she only notices bc she was in her daughters bedroom with a lot of light and was running her finger across them. She didn’t want us getting ripped off so she wanted to let us know. I was so embarrassed!! I showed my uncle this cross bc he’s jeweler and I shouldve just brought him with me initially or asked him for help, but I didn’t bc I rushed my purchase. He looked under his loop tool and said that all 11 diamonds had a defect from a crack to a chip. Some of them now that I was examining them was evidently broken. I brought it back to the store bc he said I have a 1 year warranty which was a LIE. He said to me that there was not a thing wrong with any of the diamonds. I told him what my uncle saw and I even pointed out to him the ones that were visible to the naked eye and he still was lying to my face saying there was nothing wrong. I told him he would have to change all the diamonds out or give me a refund and he refused both. He then said I could exchange for something else in the store. But there was no other cross I liked for my niece and wanted to make this one right, I had a warranty and he wouldn’t honor it.
Instead, I had my uncle bring it to the city to the diamond district and I had to dish out more money to replace these “diamonds” with nice whole ones. When they were taken out of the setting to put new ones in I was told that this wasn’t even worth 25 cents and that they used sea sand in the settings!! I’m mortified that I went to this place and angered that they could get away with it. Frauds!!

They were very helpful i bought a ankle bracelet.my wife loved it .they have great selection. I'll be back to buy some more jewelry. Two thumbs up

I walked into the mall last week and saw this new shop that opened. I was greeted warmly and was told about the sales they were having. I was helped through out my purchase and the associate was very knowledgeable. I walked out of the the store with an awesome gift for my husband at an amazing price. I will definaley be returning to this store
