Overall

Monroe dry cleaning sent a sales manager Ashely Kees to my car dealership to present their services. I emailed Ashley 3 days after speaking with her to set up an account. I sent her 5 emails in 5 days with no response. I called the store to find out what is going on and they said that she no longer worked for them. So I set up an account with them over the phone. They were to pick up my clothes at my dealership and drop them back off. IF they pick up on Monday they drop off on Thursday or vice versa. The driver picked up 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants on Thursday 10/22 and told me he would drop of on Monday 10/26. Instead he dropped off on Thursday 10/29. However he only dropped off my shirts and no pants. He did not know where they were. The receipt attached to my shirts was under a different name and phone number than myself. I called the store and they said they have no idea where my pants are and that I had to deal directly with Holly (the only manager over their 4 locations) and that she leaves at 1 o clock every day. After calling the store every day since, and getting the run around that they have to check each individual store and I can only speak with Holly I am fed up and requesting your assistance. It is now November 4th Holly has failed to call me back and I want reimbursement for my pants.

Overall

I've been a customer for 2 years bringing an average of 15 shirt for laundry and pressing but I decided to stop going there and find somewhere else. At the beginning when i started going there i was happy with the service until recently shirts are not fully clean, my polo t shirt was given back to me with the stain spots not being cleaned. they keep changing staff so its hit and miss with the attitude some times good customer service and some other times not so good. diffidently not going there again.

Great prices and easy to get in and out. They do great work - even got my suit back to me the same day in an emergency.

I've tried all the rest, I will keep coming back to Monroe for the price and quality.

Overall

DO NOT GO HERE. I would have given them ZERO stars but that's not an option. I took them a brand new $150 sports coat to get cleaned and they absolutely RUINED IT! You can see a picture here of the damage they did to the left arm http://i.imgur.com/quLLyDK.jpg



The employees were rude and even the manger was rude about it. They denied that they did this damage to my dry cleaning and offered to do NOTHING about it. They tried to say that "they didn't do it and it wasn't dry cleaned here" even though it still had the tag on it with their bag around it!! These people lie and they will ruin your clothes! DO NO GO HERE THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CLOTHES THEN DENY THEY DID IT
