Little Rascals Photography

We originally went to Little Rascals because of a Groupon purchase. However, we have since returned three times. Tracy has always treated each session as if it were a full priced session whether it was a Groupon or a regular shoot. We consistently have a wide array of both inside and outside backgrounds and poses to choose from. She is also great with my kids, who are not always the most cooperative. I who'll recommend Little Rascals to anyone looking for unique photos and a great experience.

I have never written a negative review about any company ever. I believe that you should always find something positive about a business. However, with Little Rascals, I am sorry to say that I did not find anything positive. I will tell you my story and you decide if this is how you want your photo experience to go especially since there are so many other studios out there. I bought a groupon on line. I called to set up an appt at Little Rascals but no one returned my call for a week. Finally I was able to make my appt. When I took my child to Little Rascals Tracey told me we would start inside and then take a lot of pictures outside. When I told her that all I wanted was my groupon 1 pose shot that quickly changed to 2 poses inside and none outside. I didn’t expect a lot of different options since I was only looking to redeem my coupon but I would have liked more choices. When I picked the pose that I liked she told me that they pictures would be in the next day and that she would call me. She did not call so I called her, they were not in. I called 4 different times in the next 3 weeks. Each time she said that they were not in. On my 5th time I called, which was two days after the 4th time, she said that she had called and left me a message 10 days ago and the pictures have been sitting there. Really? If they were there then why didn’t she tell me that on the 3rd or 4th time I called? Plus she never did call me cuz all I have is a cell phone and no message or missed call ever came through. I did not appreciate her blowing me off during the shoot and I did not appreciate her lying to me either. I am glad I did not buy additional poses especially since they charge SO much. Perhaps they think that just because they are in Mason, they can treat people bad and charge what they want. Well with so many other photographers out there, they will never receive my business again.

I was so pleased with the job that Tracy did with my nieces, nephews and grandbabies photos. She is an awesome photographer that does not settle for anything less than the very best and she has so much patients with the children. She is very unique and I highly recommend Little Rascal's Photography
